Hello, I’m Sue Rook and I have been practising Yoga since 1987. I enjoyed my yoga so much, that in addition to working in Human Resources and Training, I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2006. Since then I have taught both adult and children’s classes in the Lincoln area.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and gained my BWY level 4 Diploma. I am now concentrating on teaching adults, because I love working with people to help them improve not only their strength and flexibility, but also their attitude to life through our classes together.
I teach general and private Yoga classes, along with specialising in Yoga for back pain.
